Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Product Designer to join our team and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Engineers, and Compliance, to address meaningful challenges. The ideal candidate will shape exceptional customer experiences while aligning solutions with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and Own Metrics: Establish and track project-critical metrics to ensure work exceeds expectations.
• Research for Insights: Lead initiatives to uncover opportunities and solve complex challenges, such as entering new industries or launching products.
• Design Seamless Experiences: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs focused on user-centered solutions.
• User Testing: Conduct and manage sessions to validate designs for intuitiveness and effectiveness.
• Collaborate and Refine: Work with developers and stakeholders, adjusting designs based on feedback.
• Optimize Post-Launch: Analyze product performance and identify improvements to enhance user and business needs.
• Utilize Design Systems: Ensure consistency by leveraging existing design systems for cohesive experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of UI design experience, particularly with commercial applications (preferably in fintech).
• A portfolio showcasing expertise in user-focused and visually appealing interface design.
• Proficiency in designing across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, web).
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, grid systems, and clean design principles.
• Fintech industry experience with solutions emphasizing user trust and security.
• Ability to independently own the design process while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving skills within technical constraints.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills and a data-driven approach to design.
