UIUX Designer at Mystar Technology

Mystar Technology, a software development company, is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to contribute to the development of an innovative school management application. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs for web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly interfaces and enhance the user experience for the school management app.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Ensure design consistency across platforms and devices.
• Utilize Confluence for project documentation and collaboration.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning and reviews.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile app projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Confluence.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Agile teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly communicate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• Strong creativity and willingness to think outside the box.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the education sector or related domains.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
