Job Title: Virtual Assistant
Location: Lagos (Remote)

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering efficient administrative support remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments
- Organize digital files and maintain documentation
- Handle basic data entry and assist in report preparation
- Support social media scheduling and communication
- Monitor task completion and follow up with internal teams
- Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare meeting summaries
- Conduct research and present findings when needed
- Provide project coordination support
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Trello or Asana
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a reliable internet connection and functional laptop
- Available to work full-time (8 AM – 5 PM WAT) remotely
