Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Location: Lagos (Remote)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering efficient administrative support remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments
  • Organize digital files and maintain documentation
  • Handle basic data entry and assist in report preparation
  • Support social media scheduling and communication
  • Monitor task completion and follow up with internal teams
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare meeting summaries
  • Conduct research and present findings when needed
  • Provide project coordination support
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Trello or Asana
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and functional laptop
  • Available to work full-time (8 AM – 5 PM WAT) remotely
