Job Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations, including ordering, receiving, processing, recording, and distribution of supplies.
• Oversee the management, supervision, and participation in warehouse activities.
• Ensure proper handling of forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Coordinate loading operations and brief staff on materials for dispatch.
• Adjust delivery schedules based on operational changes.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of documents and prepare additional paperwork as required.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Oversee the receipt and dispersal of materials, assisting warehouse staff when necessary.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks.
• Maintain health and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Receive and maintain equipment, materials, and tools.
• Keep accurate records of inventory and warehouse operations.
