Job Overview:

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a WordPress Developer based in Lagos.
• The WordPress Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites, updating existing WordPress websites, troubleshooting website issues, and ensuring website security and speed.
• Additionally, the WordPress Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and provide tailored solutions, as well as contribute to the development of new website features and plugins.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field
• Experience with website hosting, migration, and integration with third-party platforms Knowledge of website analytics and SEO best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Minimum of three years of experience in WordPress development Proficiency with WordPress plugins and themes, as well as PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience in website optimization, security, and speed optimization
