IAEA Infographic Design Contest 2025 | Fully Funded Trip to Saudi Arabia

The IAEA Infographic Design Contest 2025 offers young designers from around the world the chance to showcase their creativity on a global stage. Winners will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to attend the IAEA EPR2025 Conference from 1–4 December 2025. There is no application fee, making it an excellent opportunity for aspiring graphic designers.

Theme of the Contest

Participants must design an infographic based on one of the IAEA’s Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) publications. The design should clearly explain complex information in a way that is accessible and engaging for both general and specialized audiences.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 18–35 years

• Citizenship: Must be from an IAEA Member State

• Individual participation only (no group entries)

• Must select one topic from the official IAEA EPR publications

• Infographic must be in English

• Submission format: JPEG, PNG, or PDF

Submission Requirements & Rules

• Create an original infographic explaining your chosen IAEA emergency topic

• Include accurate, verified information

• Use any design software (e.g., Canva, Figma, Inkscape)

• AI tools may be used for design ideas only (color schemes, layouts)

• Clearly disclose any AI usage in your application form

• Inaccurate or undisclosed AI assistance will lead to disqualification
