UNESCO Mid-Level Professionals Programme 2023 (Fully Funded)

The Mid-Level Professionals Programme (MLPP) is a recruitment initiative designed for highly skilled mid-level professionals who aspire to commence or advance their careers as International Civil Servants at UNESCO. While candidates from all UNESCO Member States are welcome to apply, preference will be given to those from underrepresented Member States and internal applicants with equal qualifications.

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be a citizen of a UNESCO Member State. We strongly encourage qualified individuals from underrepresented Member States to submit their applications.
The MLPP selection process follows UNESCO’s standard recruitment procedures, including the educational and professional experience prerequisites for P-3 and P-4 level positions.
Language proficiency:
- Candidates should exhibit a strong command of at least one of the Secretariat’s working languages (English or French).
- Proficiency in the other working language is advantageous and may be required in certain cases.
- Knowledge of Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish can be necessary or considered an additional asset.

Assessments and Interviews:
