Primary Objective
- To create marketing campaigns tailored for digital and online platforms such as websites, apps, and social media.
- Responsibilities include developing online market research surveys, gathering feedback from customers through focus groups, and collaborating with graphic and web designers for advertising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, encompassing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Implement and optimize user funnels, tracking conversion points effectively.
- Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners while evaluating emerging technologies and providing guidance for their appropriate adoption.
- Create channels for promoting company products through suitable social media platforms. Construct and sustain the organization’s social media presence.
- Assess and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against predetermined goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, optimizing spending and performance based on acquired insights. Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies.
- Execute experiments and conversion tests, analyzing the outcomes.
- Work with internal teams to generate and refine landing pages while enhancing the user experience.
- Leverage strong analytical skills to evaluate the overall customer experience across various channels and touchpoints.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Possession of a relevant academic qualification in a related field; candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines.
- Experience in setting up and refining PPC campaigns (Google Adwords & Meta campaigns). Strong analytical capabilities and a penchant for data-driven decision-making.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Minimum of 5 years of substantiated work experience in the field of digital marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with a track record of identifying target audiences and devising engaging and motivating digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, along with experience in conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid proficiency in website analytics tools like Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends.
