Job Description

• Create product requirements and develop the product roadmap.
• Drive digital activities throughout the organization and display leadership abilities by clearly communicating the product vision and strategy to diverse business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with software engineers to translate requirements into wireframes, specs, and user stories.
• Manage the product feature delivery cycle from start to finish, including customer and internal team rollouts.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure product quality and advancement, as well as achieving associated product objectives.
• Lead the whole product management life cycle, from opportunity assessment and ideation to validation and delivery, and further.
• Using customer insights, data, market knowledge, trends, and user difficulties, you will identify business problems and opportunities and generate hypotheses.
• Collaborate with your team to test your idea through discovery, then use data and insight to inform decision-making and product development.

Requirements

• Requirements for this position include 3 years of product management experience and a strong interest in FinTech.
• Prior familiarity with Agile techniques, such as Scrum
• Proven project management and communication skills, preferably in a fast-paced/start-up setting.
• Product development takes a highly collaborative approach, involving cross-functional delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Business acumen is a track record of creating economically viable products or services that are clearly linked to measurable organizational goals.
• Strong analytical thinking, using quantitative and qualitative facts to inform judgments.
• API and data marketplace experience.
