The Company produces high-quality Day-Old Chicks and Point of Cage Pullets. Over the years, we have remained focused on our main objective to produce high quality chicks, in a highly hygienic environment leveraging innovative solutions grounded in Research and Development.
Job Purpose
- Assist the marketing consultant in the day-to-day running of the Industrial Marketing Department
- Assist in developing an integrated communications strategy for the company incorporating PR, Marketing, and Online.
- Implement communications plans to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organization’s industrial products.
- Assist in overseeing the annual communications budget and ensuring its use is fully maximized
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities like focal group meetings, trade shows, and working with developers, advertisers, and production managers to market products and services.
- Develop relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline.
- Work with the team on the Noiler marketing campaign project and provide guidance where necessary.
- Work with the Pharmaceutical companies within the group in the product design of labels, packaging materials, and promotion of all products.
- Identify new products and assist with the marketing plans for product introduction and launching into the market.
- Assist in formulating, directing, and coordinating marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
- Work with the social media officer to promote all industrial products through our social media handle
- Work with the Graphic Officer in creating content for all industrial products for publication.
- Market survey for competitors’ product pricing.
- Monitor new product introductions for competition.
- Monitor press stories relating to the company and its brand and maximise opportunities for positive PR and play down any negative PR.
- Collate and analyze current communications and messages from the competition and ensure consistency in analyzing its contents.
- Develop and lead the company’s internal communication strategy across the Nigerian market.
- Communicate brand to internal customers and stakeholders.
