Job Summary:

• In this role, you will play a pivotal part in planning, implementing, and evaluating our programs and projects, contributing to impactful outcomes and sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing innovative program strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Facilitating knowledge-sharing and capacity-building initiatives to empower communities and promote sustainability.
• Assisting in fundraising efforts by supporting grant writing, donor relations, and proposal development. Collaborating with stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries to ensure program alignment and effectiveness.
• Monitoring program activities, outcomes, and impact to drive continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A strong commitment to social impact and a genuine passion for our mission.
• A Bachelor’s Degree / HND in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries.
• Proven experience in program management or project coordination within the non-profit sector, demonstrating successful program implementation and impact assessment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to interpret and communicate programmatic outcomes and impact metrics effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience in program design, development, and evaluation methodologies, with proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
