Supervisor at Penafort Energy Limited

Penafort Energy Limited, an indigenous Nigerian company, is currently recruiting for the position of Supervisor at its operations in Ojo, Lagos.

Job Description:

• Manage filling station pump attendants to achieve the company’s goals.
• Market petroleum products at the station.
• Ensure smooth operation/running of the filling station to increase fuel sales and reduce operational costs.
• Send daily sales reports.
• Manage safety compliance with statutory requirements at the station.
• Provide effective customer service and relationship management.
• Interface and liaise with various vendors for repairs, replacement, and functionality of all equipment.
• Interface and liaise with inspectorate divisions and enforcement teams of DPR/NNPC.
• Manage the station as a profit center.
• Train and retrain personnel in the station.
• Manage the station security and liaise with various law enforcement agencies to maintain a peaceful atmosphere at the station at all times.
• Conduct daily safety briefs and enforce safety house rules.
• Interface with logistics officers to manage minimum and maximum stock levels and ensure effective storage systems.
• Enforce personnel discipline, including attendance and punctuality, workplace conduct, etc.
• Conduct price and competition surveys, product analysis, and quality checks on delivered supplies.
• Ensure periodic maintenance schedules are carried out promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all the above tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a University Degree or HND.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Cognate experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
