Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to spearhead innovative product initiatives and support our mission of empowering businesses across Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver seamless products.
• Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing teams.
• Create product specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product-market fit.
• Track product performance and implement improvements based on data insights.
• Promote agile methodologies and best practices within the product team.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a strong product culture.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• An MBA is a strong advantage.

Experience:

• At least 4+ years in product management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in technology, consulting, or innovation sectors is preferred.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Expertise in agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with competitive analysis and product positioning.
