Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative, technical, and creative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient at multitasking, and can work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails and professional correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Conduct online research and compile relevant data
- Prepare detailed reports and professional presentations
- Manage and update social media accounts
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience using and managing social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity remotely
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
Preferred Skills
