NIFESS Undergraduate Scholarship 2023/2024

Description

NIFESS Undergraduate Scholarship 2023/2024

The NIFESS Scholarship and Grant Trust Fund (NSGTF) is a financial reserve supported by private organizations and NGOs to mitigate the impacts of Nigeria’s economic vulnerability. It aims to provide financial assistance to 10,000 students and professionals specializing in social sciences and related fields. This initiative is a response to the inadequate financial aid available to social sciences and management students studying in Nigerian universities. The NSGTF offers a platform where these students and professionals (NiFESS members) can access financial aid freely for each academic session.

The assistance provided includes:
  1. Undergraduate Scholarship
  2. Undergraduate Final Year Research Project Grant
  3. Post-Graduate Scholarship
  4. Post-Graduate Research Grant of up to 1,000,000 NGN (subject to financial needs assessment and approval from the NiFESS Scholarship and Grant Board)
  5. Research Grant for Doctorate Degree of up to 3,000,000 NGN (contingent upon budget approval from the NiFESS Scholarship and Grant Board)
  6. Fellows Research Allowance: Available only to NiFESS Fellows. Fellows can access grants of up to 10,000,000 NGN for cross-continental and international research projects, including integral research contributing to National Growth and Development.
