Oxford-Orjiako Graduate Scholarship

The scholarship, funded by Dr. Bryant Orjiako, aligns with Oxford’s commitment to providing meaningful opportunities across Africa. This endowment facilitates the creation of a pioneering, fully endowed African MBA scholarship, available to students from all over Africa who wish to attend the school. This initiative marks the university’s first scholarship of its kind.

Scholarship Details:

Value: Covers course fees and provides a living cost grant of at least £17,668.

Number available: One scholarship.

Eligibility:

The scholarship is open to Oxford MBA students who hold African nationality and are ordinarily residents of an African country.

Selection Criteria:

  • Scholarships are granted based on academic excellence, demonstrated through degree results, GMAT or GRE scores, previous university honors, and other academic accomplishments.
  • Candidates must also exhibit evidence of contributing to the development of Africa and a commitment to furthering its development.
How to Apply:
  • No separate application is required. The information provided in your MBA application form will be utilized.
  • A completed MBA application must be submitted by the deadline.

Deadline: 5 January 2024.

If this scholarship remains unassigned to a candidate who applied by this date, candidates applying to the final MBA application deadline of 17 May 2024 may also be considered. Nonetheless, early application is advised.
