TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc invites applications from qualified young graduates for the 2024 Young Graduate Program. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on professional experience and international exposure shortly after graduation.
- Location for Phase 1: Lagos, Nigeria
- Location for Phase 2: An affiliate of TotalEnergies in Africa or at the HQ in Paris, subject to performance and availability.
Program Structure:
The Young Graduate Program is an 18-month structured course divided into two phases:
- Phase 1: 6 months of training in Nigeria.
- Phase 2: 12 months of expatriation to another TotalEnergies affiliate in Africa or at the headquarters in Paris.
This program is designed to provide graduates with practical experience and exposure to international best practices in their field of study.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Nationality: Nigerian
- Residency: Must have lived at least 6 months in Nigeria.
- Age: Less than 26 years old.
- Experience: Less than 1 year of professional experience.
- NYSC: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Education: A degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Marketing, Business, or related degree.
