Administrative Officer at BusyMind Consult
Busy Mind Consult is an HR consulting firm providing recruitment and a variety of HR services to clients across sectors, connecting skilled candidates with employers to fulfill organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in achieving office goals and objectives.
- Support understanding and interpretation of company policies, ensuring office operations comply with standards.
- Act as an intermediary between the administrative unit and other departments.
- Assist the fleet unit with tasks such as driver recruitment, scheduling, and car checks.
- Coordinate administrative functions across departmental managers.
- Maintain and update records, statistical reports, and manage files.
- Raise requisitions with necessary documentation and follow up on payments.
- Participate in internal and external meetings as required.
- Manage inventory for office supplies and coordinate distribution across divisions.
- Maintain good relations with external subcontractors and other organizations impacting company operations.
- Report non-conformances to the line manager promptly.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration or related field
- NYSC Certificate or exemption letter
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in administrative management within a fast-paced organization.
- Proven experience in a demanding business environment providing support services.
- Skilled in handling difficult situations diplomatically and professionally.
