Job Description
The Administrative Officer for the CNG Station plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of compressed natural gas stations. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative functions, supporting station staff, maintaining compliance, and coordinating supply and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and operational support of CNG stations
- Oversee daily administrative tasks at the station
- Maintain accurate records of CNG sales, inventory, and fuel usage
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for maintenance and supplies
- Prepare detailed reports on performance, inventory, and expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Support staff scheduling and training efforts
- Resolve operational issues promptly
- Maintain clear communication with management and other departments
Requirements / Qualifications
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the energy or transportation sectors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Knowledge of CNG industry regulations is an advantage
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
