We are currently looking for a qualified candidate to join our team in the following position:

Position: Bakery Support Assistant Manager

Job Description:

• Provide guidance and expert advice to end-user bakeries, identifying challenges they face and offering effective solutions.
• Regularly visit all bakeries within the designated area to ensure they meet our established standards.
• Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with commercial end users, ensuring customer loyalty within the assigned territory.
• Address customer complaints following approved company procedures.
• Conduct practical baking demonstrations to share insights and solutions aligned with best baking practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum requirement: A First Degree in Food Science and Technology or a related field.
• Possess 5 O’ level credits, including Mathematics and English Language, not exceeding two sittings.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in baking and selling confectionery products.
