Job Description:

We are seeking a Backend Developer (Node.js) to join NimbleByte Global on a 3-month renewable contract. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team to develop applications and services using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to build robust web applications.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Implement security and data protection solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Node.js Developer.
• Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of C# .NET WebApi is a plus.
• Experience with cloud services like Azure and Google Cloud.
• Strong database skills with MongoDB, CosmosDB, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Salary:

₦400,000 – ₦700,000 monthly.
