Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in sales, marketing, and finance to drive revenue growth and expand the company's client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the real estate and finance industry, with the ability to identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 Monthly

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Promote the company's real estate and financial products to individuals and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic sales, pipeline, and business development reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful business development and generating new business opportunities.
  • Previous sales experience within the real estate and finance industry is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of real estate products, market trends, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently achieve business growth targets.
