Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk / Administrative Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The role involves managing reception activities, handling client inquiries, coordinating bookings, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients warmly and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Manage the front desk and keep the reception area neat and organized.

  • Handle client appointments, bookings, and follow-up calls.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Provide information on company services, promotions, and packages.

  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and client databases.

  • Address client concerns, resolve issues positively, and escalate when necessary.

  • Support coordination of travel, meetings, and appointments.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, filing, and record-keeping.

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, emails, and social media.

  • Build and maintain client relationships while identifying business opportunities.

  • Report daily activities and performance targets to management.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to multitask effectively.

Salary

₦170,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
