Job Summary
Alpha Mead Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to ensure efficient office operations and support facility management activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate schedules, manage records, and oversee inventory and vendor interactions within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate general administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations
- Manage calendars, appointments, and staff schedules
- Ensure compliance with company policies and facility regulations
- Assist with onboarding of new administrative staff
- Liaise with technicians, contractors, and external service providers
- Maintain records of service contracts, vendor contacts, and maintenance logs
- Handle office equipment maintenance and administrative inquiries
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and relevant documentation
- Manage inventory of office and facility supplies
- Support procurement by preparing purchase requests and following up with vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, M or a related field
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with vendor and inventory management is an added advantage
- Candidates residing around Okpanam Road, Asaba, Delta State will be given preference
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
