Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Associate will support the implementation and monitoring of quality systems, internal controls, and compliance frameworks across hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine risk assessments and support the implementation of mitigation measures.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct internal process audits, spot checks, and compliance reviews.
- Support quality improvement initiatives across departments.
- Review incidents, complaints, and near-miss reports and track resolution.
- Assist in developing and reviewing policies, SOPs, and control frameworks.
- Monitor the performance and compliance of outsourced service providers.
- Conduct environmental, hygiene, and safety compliance checks.
- Support the implementation of ISO, COHSASA, Kaizen, and DMAIC standards.
- Ensure compliance with NDPR and other applicable regulations.
- Support internal customer satisfaction surveys and reporting.
- Assist with training staff on quality assurance and internal control processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Science-related discipline.
- 1–3 years’ experience in quality assurance, internal control, audit, or healthcare compliance.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and healthcare accreditation systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of integrity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
