Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate
Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Associate will support the implementation and monitoring of quality systems, internal controls, and compliance frameworks across hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine risk assessments and support the implementation of mitigation measures.
  • Monitor compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct internal process audits, spot checks, and compliance reviews.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives across departments.
  • Review incidents, complaints, and near-miss reports and track resolution.
  • Assist in developing and reviewing policies, SOPs, and control frameworks.
  • Monitor the performance and compliance of outsourced service providers.
  • Conduct environmental, hygiene, and safety compliance checks.
  • Support the implementation of ISO, COHSASA, Kaizen, and DMAIC standards.
  • Ensure compliance with NDPR and other applicable regulations.
  • Support internal customer satisfaction surveys and reporting.
  • Assist with training staff on quality assurance and internal control processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Science-related discipline.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in quality assurance, internal control, audit, or healthcare compliance.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and healthcare accreditation systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of integrity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
