Job Title: HEMM Operators Training Programme

Location: Obajana Cement Plant, Kogi State, Nigeria

Programme Overview

The HEMM Operators Training Programme aims to develop safe, skilled, and competent operators for mining operations. It combines behavioural screening, safety training, classroom instruction, simulations, workshops, and intensive field practice. The training duration is 6 months, and participants will be prepared for effective and safe operation of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM).

Eligibility Requirements
  • Secondary School Leavers with minimum 5 credit passes including English and Mathematics (WAEC/NECO)
  • Technical college graduates with National Technical Certificate (NTC) and NABTEB or Trade Test I, II, III
  • Age between 22 to 35 years
  • Valid means of identification
  • Good physical and mental fitness
  • Strong safety awareness and discipline
  • Willingness to undergo intensive training and assessments
  • Previous mining or equipment operation experience is an added advantage but not mandatory
