Job Summary

The Operations Officer will oversee the day-to-day operations of the real estate company, ensuring efficiency across all business functions. This role includes managing property operations, coordinating with multiple departments, improving systems, and supporting strategic growth. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to optimize performance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

  • Coordinate with property managers, leasing agents, facilities, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity.

  • Monitor property performance, occupancy, lease renewals, and maintenance activities.

  • Ensure compliance with laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

  • Work with finance to manage budgets, vendor payments, and cost controls.

  • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.

  • Manage vendor contracts (security, cleaning, maintenance, landscaping).

  • Support sales and leasing teams with documentation, marketing, and client engagements.

  • Track KPIs and prepare operational performance reports.

  • Assist in due diligence and integration of new property acquisitions or projects.

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to align with company goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related fields (Master’s degree is an advantage).

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate operations, property management, or related roles.

  • Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and workflows.

  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, leasing, facilities management, and customer service principles.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium, MRI).
