Job Overview

KMT Solar is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to support its procurement operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating with vendors, processing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the timely delivery of quality goods and services that support the company's renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and delivery performance.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, contract terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Prepare and process purchase orders promptly and accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying new sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
• Track procurement orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Verify that purchased goods meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing reports.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, including delivery delays, damaged goods, and pricing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant regulations.
• Work closely with the finance, warehouse, and operations teams to meet business requirements.
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
