Job Purpose
The Demand and Supply Planner will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, optimizing supply planning activities, and ensuring product availability within target inventory levels. The role plays a key part in balancing demand accuracy, cost efficiency, and business needs.
Key Responsibilities

Develop periodic (annual/quarterly/monthly) demand forecasts and budgets using sales history, customer market visibility, and demand trends.

Collaborate with the sales team to drive demand accuracy through coordinated planning.

Lead monthly demand-review meetings with sales teams to analyze trends, validate assumptions, and align figures.

Create and manage master production schedules in alignment with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Plant Managers.

Prepare production, sales, and inventory outlook reports for material planning, cash flow, and warehouse operations.

Communicate stock levels and sales order (SOD) availability to KAMs, supply chain managers, and warehouse supervisors.

Provide weekly projections of sales targets in collaboration with KAMs to maximize performance.

Optimize inventory management through dispatch planning, variance tracking, and cost reduction initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Science, Management, or related field.

4–6 years’ experience in demand and supply planning or related functions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Navision or other ERP software.
-
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
-
High analytical ability with excellent numerical and presentation skills.
