Job Summary

Nemitt Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking physically fit and detail-oriented Warehouse Staff to support its warehouse and store operations.

The successful candidates will be responsible for receiving and dispatching goods, stock movement, inventory management, replenishment, and maintaining accurate warehouse records.

Note: The role involves heavy lifting and frequent movement of stock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials and products from vendors.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Process, distribute, and maintain all relevant warehouse documentation.
  • Arrange stock appropriately to facilitate physical counting and stock-taking.
  • Replenish shop-floor stock and maintain shelves in an organized manner.
  • Manage inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for goods received and dispatched.
  • Label and properly store all stock items.
  • Issue materials against authorized store requisitions.
  • Ensure warehouse activities comply with company policies, systems, and industry standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies or shortages.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Investigate and provide explanations for inventory variances.
  • Prepare monthly reports on warehouse activities, inventory, and pallets held at internal and external warehouses.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or relevant qualification with experience in retail, pharmacy, FMCG, or warehouse operations.
  • Previous warehouse or retail store experience is an advantage.
  • Age: 24–34 years.
  • Male candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Physically fit and able to lift and move stock.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Must be willing to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
  • Candidates residing within or around Surulere, Ojuelegba, Yaba, Ajegunle, Apapa, Mushin, Oshodi, Fadeyi, or surrounding areas are preferred.
