Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist / Office Administrator who will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The successful candidate will manage front desk duties, administrative support, and coordination of office activities to maintain efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional first impression

  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and emails promptly

  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment

  • Support HR and administrative tasks such as leave records and staff onboarding

  • Keep reception and office areas clean, organized, and presentable

  • Assist management with reporting and documentation

  • Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle appointments

  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, office administrator, or similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

  • Residence on the Island or surrounding areas is required

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
