Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist / Office Administrator who will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The successful candidate will manage front desk duties, administrative support, and coordination of office activities to maintain efficiency.
Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional first impression

Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and emails promptly

Order and manage office supplies and equipment

Support HR and administrative tasks such as leave records and staff onboarding

Keep reception and office areas clean, organized, and presentable

Assist management with reporting and documentation

Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle appointments

Process incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

Proven experience as a receptionist, office administrator, or similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Residence on the Island or surrounding areas is required
