Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, maintain operational standards, and drive efficiency across processing and service delivery activities.

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 Monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure efficient service delivery
• Ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements, including cost management and productivity standards
• Maintain company operational standards and procedures relating to product quality and service delivery
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed deliverables
• Manage relationships with service providers, clients, and regulatory authorities
• Plan, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability
• Drive improved service delivery timelines and reduce operational downtime
• Ensure operational deadlines are achieved
• Maintain inventory and operational records
• Supervise operational staff and enforce compliance with company procedures
• Enforce strict cleanliness and hygiene standards across all facilities and work areas

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND qualification
• Minimum of 2–3 years experience in a food processing company, eatery, or related environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in inventory management and operational reporting
