This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, account inquiries, and problem resolution.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues or complaints by collaborating with internal units.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Contribute to the development and updating of customer support knowledge base articles.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with other members of the customer support team to ensure a cohesive and supportive working environment.

Job Qualifications
- Have a minimum of a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
