Job Summary
Pulse seeks a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD). This role involves managing the MD’s schedule, coordinating stakeholder meetings, and handling correspondence with professionalism. The ideal candidate will assist in decision-making initiatives and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain the MD’s schedule, prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle professional correspondence, including emails and calls.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents and presentations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
- Coordinate business travel itineraries with the Administrative Manager.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Maintain records and liaise between the MD and other departments or clients.
- Assist in research and data gathering for special projects and initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite tools (Google Sheets & Slides) is required.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Zoho) is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
