Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices while maintaining strong vendor relationships and implementing effective internal controls.
• Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies.
• Generate reports on accounts payable, cash flow, and other key metrics for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and other relevant financial reports.

Requirements:

• Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) certification is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable.
