Responsibilities:
- Ensure all areas of the office meet corporate standards for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Professionally and courteously respond to inquiries from visitors and clients.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as building facility managers and vendors as needed.
- Supervise the janitorial staff.
- Maintain office equipment by conducting regular checks and arranging for repairs when necessary.
- Assist the Executive Assistant in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, including purchasing and sourcing vendors for competitive pricing.
- Keep records of office expenses.
- Support the HR team in planning office events such as retreats and team bonding activities.
- Pre-register biometrics for new employees.
- Perform any other assigned responsibilities.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professionalism, proactivity, and attention to detail are essential.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
