Front Desk Assistant At Pella Group
Pella Group’s objective is to become the global market leader and the preferred provider of services related to real estate, construction, building finishing, financing, and property management.
Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role. The Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling receptionist duties, answering phone calls, maintaining the office, and ensuring effective communication with team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, customers, or regulatory representatives, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist visitors with inquiries and provide relevant information about the company and its products.
- Implement safety procedures and access controls at the reception area to maintain office security and monitor the security logbook.
- Offer administrative support to co-employees as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries or issues and handling incoming calls. Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate employee for resolution.
- Ensure timely receipt, sorting, and distribution of mail and deliveries (incoming and outgoing).
- Handle the scheduling and coordination of meetings.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have at least an OND qualification and 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Residency in the Lekki area.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in administrative assistance, receptionist duties, and front desk management.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to follow through.
