Job Description:

Are you passionate about providing safe and smooth travel experiences? As a Station Agent, you will handle passengers, baggage, and aircraft operations, prioritizing safety, service, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role in which you will ensure seamless ground handling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage volume, weight, and trim-related issues on flights.
• Ensure safe and efficient turnaround operations, particularly in handling aircraft below the wing, following airline guidelines.
• Process and issue tickets, including re-issues, in collaboration with RBCs.
• Handle irregularity reports for passengers and baggage in line with airline guidelines.
• Provide assistance and information to customers during both regular and irregular operations.
• Perform check-in and gate/boarding procedures as per airline manuals.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• High School Degree required; vocational training is a plus.
• 1-3 years of work experience preferred.
• Strong service orientation with excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions and work under pressure.
• Comfortable with shift work and weather-related challenges.
• Ability to lift luggage up to 23kg/70lb.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Valid driver’s license and good PC skills.
• A systematic, diligent approach to work with a team-player mindset.
• Must have a legal work permit in Nigeria.
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.

Additional Information:

• Shift-based role with no permanently assigned work station.
• Company will not provide relocation assistance.
