What Does the Programme Entail?

• Embark on your Commercial Sales journey by working with some of the most renowned brands globally.
• Revitalizing timeless brands such as Baileys, Guinness, and Smirnoff by discovering new consumer bases, unexplored markets, fresh incentives for purchase, and novel distribution avenues.
• From the outset, you’ll be deeply involved in the sales process. Building connections with Diageo partners and collaborating with customers to enhance sales will be a fundamental aspect of your role.
• Ensuring effective brand promotion, availability, and presentation to potential buyers will be your responsibility.
• Throughout the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to shine in various aspects of our Commercial Sales teams, including Account Management, Customer Marketing, and Customer Activation.
• This journey will equip you with comprehensive knowledge about our brands, competitors, market trends, and customer behavior.

Who Are We Seeking?

• On the educational front, you should possess or expect to obtain an academic degree, graduating in 2024 or within the last two years.
• Proficiency in English and holding a valid, clean driver’s license or a willingness to acquire one is a requirement.
• Mobility and readiness to relocate geographically during the programme are essential for our graduate positions.
