TG Arla Dairy Products Limited, the producer of Dano Milk®, is a subsidiary of Arla Foods, a farmer-owned company based in Denmark. Dano, which was launched in the early 1980s, has evolved over the years and is now a fast-growing milk brand in Nigeria, enjoying international presence in the Middle East, Africa, Bangladesh, and parts of Latin America.

We are seeking candidates for the following position:

HR Intern (Marina) at TG Arla Dairy Products Limited

Responsibilities

Handling document filing and responding to client and employee inquiries.
Collecting and organizing job applications.
Participating in and assisting with career days, company social events, and networking activities.
Assisting in ensuring overall compliance with labor codes and relevant local and state regulations.
Contributing to the planning and organization of employee engagement activities.
Gathering relevant payroll data.
Performing ad hoc tasks as needed.
Scheduling interviews and confirming applicants’ availability.
Posting and removing job advertisements as required.
Following up with candidates and communicating employment decisions.
Aiding in the onboarding process for new employees.
Collecting and compiling news articles for the newsletter.
Drafting employee communications and correspondence regarding HR policy updates.
Supporting with various HR tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

A recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a related field, and a strong interest in Human Resources Management.
Student membership in the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPMN) is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, including MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong team collaboration skills.
Effective communication abilities.
Proficiency in social media platforms.
