Job Summary

•  This is a 3 months remote internship role for a HR/People Operations Intern at Culturelligence.
• The intern will work closely with our HR and People Operations team to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the HR and operations functions.
• Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records and databases, conducting research, creating reports, scheduling interviews, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications 

• Must be a current student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong desire to develop HR skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
• High level of attention to detail, with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and various social media platforms
• Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus
