Job Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Recruitment and onboarding processes
• Managing employee relations and fostering engagement
• Designing and implementing training and development initiatives
• Resolving conflicts within the workforce
• Handling HR reporting procedures
• Talent management strategies

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Professional membership or qualification (an added advantage)
• Proficiency in leadership skills
• Ability to resolve conflicts effectively
• Competence in HR reporting and talent management
• Familiarity with retail operations
• Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience, with retail experience considered advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong time management skills
