Inventory Assistant at ipNX Nigeria Limited
ipNX, a leading Information and Communications Technology company in Nigeria, is seeking to hire an Inventory Assistant to join our team in Lagos. This is a full-time position.
Purpose of the Job:
The Inventory Assistant will provide support for all Inventory management activities in the region to all departments, ensuring operational targets are achieved.
Expected Key Results:
Delivery Management:
- Implement company policies and guidelines regarding Inventory management processes.
- Ensure completeness in all deliveries to the region with real-time documentation.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Document all daily transactions and post them on the SUN Application.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly Inventory management reports.
Inventory Count:
- Perform cyclic stock checks and quarterly Stock count for proper stock accountability.
- Coordinate the end-of-year stock count for the region.
Stock Replenishment:
- Coordinate all daily requisitions from user departments.
- Liaise with the Head for stock replenishment based on material requirement plans.
Returns & Repairs Management:
- Prepare and send a list of faulty equipment for repair to Headquarters.
- Liaise with Headquarters for directives on equipment repairs.
Demonstrated Key Competencies:
Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Social or Management Sciences or related field.
- Documentation skills.
- Inventory Management skills.
- Professional Qualification in Supply Management (added advantage).
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in Supply Chain Management.
- Basic understanding of Inventory Management.
