IT Desktop Support Analyst at Sahara Group

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support and escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 teams.
- Monitor and optimize data network infrastructure (e.g., switches, routers, PBX, IP telephones).
- Oversee voice network systems (IP Phones, VoIP, E1 lines) and implement changes for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with third-party service providers.
- Deliver periodic reports on IT support activities.
- Support IT projects and provide user education.
- Update cash fueling data for analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or technology deployment.
- Relevant certifications (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2008 and network infrastructure (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
- Proficiency in hardware/software troubleshooting and managing switches/routers.
- Strong communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
