Novarick homes & property limited is looking for a Junior Insurance Operations Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in analyzing and optimizing insurance operations, managing data, and supporting sales and partnership development. This role requires a solid understanding of the insurance industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Key Responsibilities:

Operational Analysis:

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end insurance operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational enhancements.
• Ensure timely delivery of operational tasks and adherence to deadlines by all stakeholders.
• Assist in drafting technology implementation requirements and engage in business analysis.

Sales & Partnership Development:

• Support the identification, evaluation, and establishment of strategic partnerships to expand the company’s insurance offerings.
• Assist in managing insurance sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, including events and outreach activities.
• Help negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain relationships with partners, addressing issues and exploring opportunities.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Oversee the collection, management, and analysis of data related to insurance operations.
• Gather daily data on insurance products and update information from primary sources.
• Create operations manuals based on data analysis, focusing on scenarios such as SLA, TAT, and procedural requirements.
• Identify patterns and trends in data sets, refining data collection and analysis processes.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on operational performance and partnership outcomes for senior management.

Risk Management and Compliance:

• Ensure that all insurance operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Identify potential risks in operational processes and partnerships, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Understand and integrate property owners’ lifecycle needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all practices align with legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Minimum Second Class).
• Insurance-related study and professional certifications are an added advantage.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting, claims, and regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Good team working and interpersonal skills with conflict management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to create accurate working plans and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operational role in an insurance company.
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales role within the insurance industry.
