Selection Criteria:

We are seeking recent university graduates who meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business Management.
• Possess a minimum CGPA of 2.2.
• Have no more than 0-2 years of work experience.
• Exhibit strong academic performance and a genuine passion for their chosen industry or field of interest.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in teams, and problem-solving acumen.
• Display leadership potential and a proactive attitude toward learning.
