We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the following position:

Position: Mechanical Projects Supervisor

Job Purpose:

Support the implementation of mechanical projects, ensuring they meet high-quality and cost-effective standards. This is essential for the efficient operation of our plant and meeting the strong demand from consumers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all activities related to machinery and equipment, including installation, repair, maintenance, and the design of metal parts and tools.
• Introduce improvements, changes, or new techniques and procedures.
• Maintain records of completed jobs and worked hours.
• Ensure that team members adhere to quality, safety, and food-safety standards and regulations.
• Supervise workers involved in machinery and equipment installation.
• Diagnose malfunctions in machinery based on observation and past experience.
• Oversee the dismantling, assembly, and installation of industrial machinery.
• Monitor work quality and compliance with job standards.
• Supervise machinery and equipment maintenance and repair.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the milling industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
