Location: Ketu Bus Stop, Lagos

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: ₦50,000 – ₦75,000 Monthly

Job Summary

The Office Assistant will provide administrative support, maintain office records, manage documentation, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, dependable, and proficient in the use of computers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle administrative and general office duties.
  • Manage emails, records, and company documents.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Organize and file office documents for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks.
  • Support the team with daily operational activities.
  • Ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient.
Requirements
  • Minimum of an HND qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer use.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must reside around Ketu Bus Stop or nearby areas for easy commuting.
  • Must be willing to contribute actively to the growth and development of the company.
  • Must be willing to travel locally and internationally when required for business purposes.
Salary
  • ₦50,000 – ₦75,000 monthly
  • Final salary will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, skills, and overall suitability for the role.
