Job Summary
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support, maintain office records, manage documentation, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, dependable, and proficient in the use of computers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle administrative and general office duties.
- Manage emails, records, and company documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Organize and file office documents for easy retrieval.
- Assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks.
- Support the team with daily operational activities.

Requirements
- Minimum of an HND qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer use.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must reside around Ketu Bus Stop or nearby areas for easy commuting.
- Must be willing to contribute actively to the growth and development of the company.
- Must be willing to travel locally and internationally when required for business purposes.
Salary
- ₦50,000 – ₦75,000 monthly
