We are currently seeking to fill the position of Office Services Contractor.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and distribute all correspondence, including letters and packages, to staff members.
  • Manage office supplies: procurement, storage, inventory management (including total top-up cards for pool cars), and monitor usage.
  • Prepare expense reports and office budgets.
  • Ensure the functionality of necessary office equipment and requisition new equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies, including inventory checks and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies are maintained.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for staff members.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of proposals and other documents before deadlines.
  • Coordinate with maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
  • Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure daily duties are carried out effectively.
  • Systematically file important company documents.
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Educational and Experience Requirement:
  • First Degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division.
  • Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative position.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and embrace new work techniques.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites.
