We are currently seeking to fill the position of Office Services Contractor.
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and distribute all correspondence, including letters and packages, to staff members.
- Manage office supplies: procurement, storage, inventory management (including total top-up cards for pool cars), and monitor usage.
- Prepare expense reports and office budgets.
- Ensure the functionality of necessary office equipment and requisition new equipment and supplies as needed.
- Maintain office supplies, including inventory checks and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies are maintained.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for staff members.
- Ensure timely dispatch of proposals and other documents before deadlines.
- Coordinate with maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
- Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure daily duties are carried out effectively.
- Systematically file important company documents.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Educational and Experience Requirement:
- First Degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division.
- Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative position.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and embrace new work techniques.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites.
