Personal Assistant At Novella Africa Limited

Novella Africa Limited – Our client, a global film manufacturing company in the flexible packaging industry, is recruiting to fill the position of a Personal Assistant.

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage and organize the executive’s calendar, ensuring timely appointments and meetings.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, documents, and presentations.
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a high level of efficiency.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Make travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodation, and transportation.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries for business trips.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
